before i found this software, many month ago, there are very difficult to create a simple schematic of electronics, maybe i dont usually using that program, but that dont matter anymore after i found this software that very easy to use for electronics enginering. the software name is diptrace. we can download this programs add there website.

how to keep tool from long periode

keep metal things like screw driver, pliers, also solder. if kept long, there be rusty, for example at the peak of screw driver plus also screw driver minus if the end rustiness could not open bold although that is forcible to open it exactly make bold more difficulter to turn or opened the prevention often smear screw driver with lubricating oil with wear screw driver appropriate the function if we like to open bold plus use screw driver plus and on the contrary to open bold minus use screw driver minus, second example difficult to function pliers rustiness, saking pliers the rust formerly help exactly more make heavier our job caused by more the difficulter to be used. prevention much the same to with screw driver that is always smear it with lubricating oil and use as according to the function. and the conclusion prevent incidence rust, so best after tools use cleaned beforehand and rubed with anti corrosively. but if continues rustiness uses lubricating oil to cause the loss of the rust with put the tools in the their place.

little about drill

This time we discuss about the various hand equipment and theres function frequently used by student vocational secondary school or in Indonesia we called SMK, but the first i will explain is:
Bor (drill) : drill is a tools that make thing hole on the PCB, various drill:

Hands drill (DC current)

this drill use for making hole 'of course because they function is just make a hole,
for this drill people can bring it anywhere because they form is small. this drill using DC voltages or Dirrect Current is about 10 Volt and because they small brace
and bit too is small are 0.8 mm to 1 mm.

this machine to drill, require ac voltage with the same function on hand drill,
but its have excess power. This drill usually used to make holes in the box example for the box of amplifier, and active speaker box

this machine have all the function on drilling tools before and have excess power to drilling without having to press strongly, however, in addition have benefits its have lack that is because its have a large size and very weightly, carry to snugly its not possible.

analog avometer vs digital avometer

This two object are very useful and each have the advantages. But which the most good for use, the answer depend on condition of person. Avometer analog more expensive than digital avometer, but dont condiser that the analog avometer not have the more ability.
On Analog:

  • advantages = can know excess wheter or not a capasitor electrolyte, the measurement more stable, more durable.
  • disadvantages = have any lack of limitations in the measurement of voltages and current detainess, polarity of measurement tool should not be inverted.
On Digital:

  • advantages = more faster in measuring value of resistor, the limit of measurement more higher than analog, the result shown on directly on the display, usually smaller than avometer analog, polarity of measuring tool can be reversed.
  • disadvantages = lack of damage more quickly, usually use a bigger battery voltages, can not know a capacitor electrolyte is whether or not.
End of the word, I think we better have all of them.

techniques of soldering

Here are some good and correct soldering techniques (maybe usefull) :
  1. used solder with solder eyes of sharp-pointed
  2. used solder with a power 30-40 watt
  3. make sure copper PCB surface finish, if opaque then "amplas" with a fine amplas
  4. losed rust on the feet of component to became glitter
  5. time for soldering. Solder paste on copper PCB (not to long) then paste in tin solder good enough, wait until
  6. search for tin and spread
  7. after that tin spread throughout the area solder, and keep waiting until they cold
  8. good soldering is a strike with the foot copper PCB components with small amount of tin (mot convex), and does not taper
